COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR EVENT OR MEETING
In determining whether there will be costs associated with your event or meeting, several factors come into play.
Events with more than 50 participants, events attended by external participants, and events, which take place after 17:00 on weekdays or at any time of day on Saturdays or Sundays require the presence of one or more security guards.
Depending on the nature and size of the event, extra cleaning may be required.
Weekdays: DKK 243.91/hour
Weekends/holidays: DKK 266.98/hour
During normal business hours (8:00 to 15:30), IT support is free of charge.
For events taking place outside of normal opening hours: DKK 800/hour
During normal business hours (8:00 to 15:30), Facility Support services are free of charge. Outside of normal working hours, a fee will be charged for Facility Support services.
Weekdays after 15:30: DKK 450/hour
Depending on the need to move around or remove furniture and interior, Campus Service CPH may need to request moving service to perform the task.
For each task, an estimate of the cost of the assignment will be given.
Price examples: For the relocation of tables and chairs in the large canteen, a fixed agreement has been made with AAU's moving service:
- Relocation of the canteen within normal business hours, tables only: 3,500.00, - DKK excl. VAT.
- Relocation of the canteen within normal business hours, tables and chairs: 5,800.00, - DKK excl. VAT.
- Relocation of the canteen outside normal business hours, tables only: 4,500.00, - DKK excl. VAT.
- Relocation of the canteen outside normal business hours, tables and chairs: 7,500.00, - DKK excl. VAT.
