LOCAL IT SUPPORT IN COPENHAGEN

The local IT help desk at AAU CPH is located at A.C. Meyers Vænge 15, 5th floor. The help desk is open Monday to Thursday 8.00-15.30 and Friday 8.00-15.00.

Special assistance with projector equipment, video conference equipment and the like, both during and outside of normal opening hours, must be arranged in advance with IT Services CPH via email at support@its.aau.dk.

Campus Services, located at A.C. Meyers Vænge 15, ground floor, loans out projectors, power strips and batteries.

Technical problems in rooms

If you encounter problems with for instance projectors, video conference equipment or microphones during meetings or seminars, please contact IT Services at +45 99 40 20 20. Technical problems can be reported between 8.00 and 15.30 Monday to Thursday and Fridays between 8.00 and 15.00.

Photocopiers and multifunction printers

If you encounter problems when using photocopiers or multifunction printers, please contact IT Support via phone: +45 99 40 20 23, or via email: support@its.aau.dk

The machines will automatically notify the supplier when it is necessary to replace toner.

It is not possible to get posters printet at AAU CPH.
