What can the information desk help you with?

The information desk is located at the main entrance of building A (A. C. Meyers Vænge 15).

The information desk can help you with:

  • Giving directions to guests
  • Phone and mail handling
  • Giving out wireless internet codes
  • Giving out the kajak card
  • Giving out the Brobizz 
  • Guide to rooms and room booking
  • Guide to Pronestor (canteen catering order system)
  • Confernece mangement and catering
  • Lost property
  • AAU Merchandise
  • Issuing of guest parking permits (NOTE: the information desk only issues guest parking permits to guests - students and staff parking permits are issued by Facility Support)

Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 15:30 and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00

BORROW A BROBIZZ

Employees of AAU CPH can borrow a BroBizz for the purposes of travel activities for Aalborg University. You can collect a BroBizz at the information desk at ACM15 during opening hours.

In order to borrow a BroBizz you must:

  1. Find "CPH Øresundsbroen BroBizz" in Outlook, where the Planning Assistant (Planlægningsassistent) can see whether it is available on the days you require it.
     
  2. Then send an email to: cph-oeresund-bizz@adm.aau.dk in which you state:
    Your full name
    Your employee ID number
    What dates the BroBizz is to be used
    To whom the invoice from BroBizz is to be sent
     
  3. Assuming it is available, your BroBizz can be picked up at the information desk the day before the date of intended use. When collecting your BroBizz you will have to sign a form stating that you accept liability in the event that the BroBizz is lost or damaged while on loan.
     
  4. The Brobizz must be returned the first weekday after its intended final day of use.
