AAU CPH has organised a special welcome meeting for you as a new international student.

It is mandatory for new international students to participate on the International Welcome Day as you will receive valuable information on different services crucial to you when being a student at AAU CPH. In addition, you will get information and help for your registration by the Danish officials.


 09.30 - 10.30  Registration at AAU CPH, available AAU student cards are handed-out
 10.30 - 10.40  Official welcome and introduction to AAU by professor Dianne Dredge
 10.40 - 11.00   “How it is to be an international student at AAU CPH and the PBL model” by
 International AAU CPH Student
 11.00 - 11.15  Introduction to Student Guidance Services at AAU CPH incl. Study and
 Career Guidance
 11.15 - 11.30  Information on official registration by Danish authorities
 11.30 - 11.50    Speed-intro between the new international students
 11.50 - 12.50

 Introduction to the information booths and tour of the information booths
 – Refreshments will be served

 student at AAU CPH
 13.00 - 13.10  Introduction to the Tutor/Buddy Team – Tutor/Buddy Coordinator Brian M.

 Followed by social mingling in the small canteen Building B

 Support and preparation for registration by Danish authorities (check that you
 have all the necessary documents before going to the Danish authorities).
