The Hum Lab Multifunctional Studio is a small AV focused studio space (8,5 x 5,5 x 4 m(d/w/h)) intended for video and photography. It is mainly used for dark-room, green screen and audio recordings, as well as usability/eye-tracking. It has flexible lighting rig for fixtures. The lab is constantly under development and change depending on need.
The lab belongs to the Department of Communication and Psychology, is used by students and staff and hosts DigHumLab 2.0.
The lab is also used for instruction purposes related to courses in Media Production. It is open for collaboration.
Equipment and facilities
Flash photography, FullHD video, audio recording equipment, high-power projectors, DMX controlled lighting rig and fixtures, eye tracking (under development, part of DigHumLab 2.0).
