LOCAL IT SUPPORT IN COPENHAGEN
The local IT help desk at AAU CPH is located at A.C. Meyers Vænge 15, 5th floor. The help desk is open Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 15.30 and Friday 8:00 to 15:00.
Special assistance with projector equipment, video conference equipment and the like, both during and outside of normal opening hours, must be arranged in advance with IT Services CPH via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Campus Service, located at A.C. Meyers Vænge 15, ground floor, loans out projectors, power strips and batteries.
TECHNICAL PROBLEMS IN ROOMS
If you encounter problems with for instance projectors, video conference equipment or microphones during meetings or seminars, please contact IT Services at +45 99 40 20 20. Technical problems can be reported Monday to Thursday between the hours 8:00 and 15:30 and Fridays between 8:00 and 15:00.
Find information on how to copy, scan to email and print documents from your own computer, smartphone or tablet by using the printers and copying machines located at AAU. It is not possible to get posters printet at AAU CPH.
The facility supporters at AAU CPH can, among other things, help you with activating your AAU study card, issue parking permits etc.
Local service desk: Find the facility supporters in building A (ACM15), ground floor. The service desk is open Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 15:30 and Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00.

Shared Services CPH is AAU CPH’s administrative body which is responsible for a wide range of services provided on campus, including the day-to-day operation of the campus.
