AAU CPH conducts Aalborg University’s research and teaching activities in the Copenhagen area. We offer an innovative study and learning environment, an international focus and we engage in close cooperation with companies.
The story of AAU CPH includes the story of expanding from 350 students to almost 4,000 students during the course of only five years - and the story of transforming Nokia’s former headquarters into a world class university campus.
Research conducted at AAU CPH forms an integral part of research conducted at AAU’s three campuses in Aalborg, Esbjerg and Copenhagen. This means that all researchers and PhD students at AAU CPH belong to a main department in Aalborg.
AAU CPH offers 9 bachelor programmes and 24 master programmes at Copenhagen campus. These are study programmes within the humanities, social sciences, engineering and science.
AAU CPH wishes to strengthen collaboration between research, study programmes and private businesses. Thus, companies can rent offices directly on campus, and AAU encourages its students to complete their study projects in cooperation with companies and organisations.
